It’s often said that “well begun is half done,” and so the journey of our exceptional teas, coffees, and spices begins with the meticulous selection of raw materials from only the finest plantations across the country. In strict accordance with the FSSAI Act, TEA MANOR continuously tests its raw materials to ensure they are of the highest quality and free from hazardous elements such as pesticide residues, heavy metals, and harmful microbes.
Once approved, these premium ingredients are transported to our state-of-the-art blending facilities, where they are expertly combined by our master blenders to achieve the perfect sensory characteristics of each brand. Every blend is meticulously monitored and verified for size, density, moisture, appearance, and taste at AVT’s NABL-accredited laboratories, ensuring that each finished product meets TEA MANOR’s high standards of production excellence.
Armed with the perfect blends, TEA MANOR uses only the finest packaging materials, techniques, machinery, and operational procedures in line with global statutory requirements to preserve freshness, aroma, and flavor. Our facilities are equipped to handle diverse packaging formats, including pouches, cartons, and tea bags. Packaging quality is continuously monitored and documented in-process as per our internally developed SOPs. Only after receiving final visual approval from our Quality Assurance team do our finished products move into our extensive distribution network.

Unmatched Blending Facilities
At TEA MANOR, we take pride in producing all our products in-house at our state-of-the-art blending and packaging facilities in Vijayawada. All our facilities are fully accredited with FSSAI certification.
Equipped with advanced packaging machinery, our facilities can handle SKUs ranging from 2 gms to 5 kgs. Every blending and packing operation is carried out under controlled atmospheric conditions, in line with international standards, to ensure that only the freshest products leave our facilities.
