Return and Refund Policy

 

Cancellation & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing TEA MANOR® India.
If you aren’t satisfied with your order, please reach out to us at teamanor@rediffmail.com. Our Customer Experience team will be happy to assist you promptly.

Cancellations

  • All cancellation requests must be initiated within 12 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped, whichever occurs first.
     
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, as our service partners charge us as soon as collection is completed.
     

Replacements

  • Please do not accept the parcel if the sealing tape is tampered with.
     
  • A replacement request must be initiated within 5 days from delivery and will only be accepted in the following cases:
     

  1. Damaged/Incorrect Product Received
     
    • Attach a picture of the delivered order along with the invoice.
       
    • Allow us 24 hours to review your request. If applicable, a replacement will be sent after internal quality checks.
       

  1. Item Missing from Order
     
    • Attach an image of the invoice of the delivered parcel.
       
    • Allow us 24 hours to review your request. If applicable, a replacement will be sent after internal checks.
       

  1. Expired Product Received
     
    • Attach a picture of the product showing the expiry date along with the invoice.
       
    • Allow us 24 hours to review your request. If applicable, a replacement will be sent after necessary checks.
       

Returns

  • We generally do not accept returns because:
     
    • We wish to keep our carbon footprint in check.
       
    • Food & beverage products lose freshness during the return process.
       
  • However, in rare cases, we may accept returns if:
     
    • The request is confirmed by our team within a short time of delivery.
       
    • The package is unopened and the original TEA MANOR seal is intact.
       

Requests Not Accepted

Replacement or cancellation requests will not be accepted if:

  • The request is made after 5 days from the date of delivery.
     
  • The damaged/missing product is reported after 5 days of delivery.
     
  • The cancellation request is made after 12 hours of placing the order or once it has been shipped.
     
  • The wrong product was ordered by the customer.

1. Returns

We accept returns of products within  5 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. able items here, e.g., perishable goods, custom items, personal care products ]

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

· Approved refunds will be sent to you within 5 business days.

·  A partial refund may be issued at our discretion for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

·  Refunds will be issued through a method communicated to you at the time of approval.

3. Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support at teamanor@rediffmail.com or submit a return request through www.teamanor.in. Our team will guide you through the process and provide the necessary instructions.

4. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Force Majeure / Exceptional Circumstances

We are not liable for any delays in processing returns, exchanges, or refunds caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or disruptions in transport or payment systems.

6. Governing Law

This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in NUZVID, VIJAYAWADA &ELURU.
